CTK Lions soccer is offered to:

• Pre Kindergarten
• Kindergarten
• Pre First Children in a Pre-First (P1) will play in DIV 2 in most cases.
• First Grade
• Second Grade

Overview:

Lions soccer is an intramural league played at Garden Hills located less than 1 mile away from Cathedral of Christ the King. Teams compete against other teams within the league. Lions Soccer strives to give the participants the opportunity to be exposed to soccer, learn skills and . . . just have fun.

DIV K Lions Soccer

(Grades Pre-Kindergarten (PK) / Kindergarten (K))

DIV K’s format involves having practice time and game time all in one day.  Saturday morning segments last 1 hour and 30 minutes.  We will begin at 9 am on Saturdays mornings with a group practice for 1 hour. The children will then divide up to play games for ½ hour, closing out the session.  The participant’s team is dynamic; they will change every week.

DIV 2 Lions Soccer

(Grades 1st and 2nd)

DIV 2′s format involves practices on week days with Saturday games.  Practices are weekdays, one day a week for one hour, starting as early as 4 PM, ending by dark.  Games start after DIV K finishes around 11 AM and run for one hour.
