Christ the King is exploring the feasibility of providing low gluten (.01%) hosts to those who might desire it.  We are trying to get an idea how many parishioners might be affected by health concerns who would be interested in receiving communion with wheat-free hosts.  Interested parishioners would provide their own pix prior to Mass and the low gluten hosts would be consecrated at the same time as all the other hosts and then available after Mass.
